By purchasing a digital download on CARAELAINE.US, you are agreeing to the Digital Downloads terms of this policy.

These digital purchases are for a digital copy of the items only. No physical product will be shipped to you. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your file(s). The digital files will be available as .zip files.

Please note that your download link will be emailed from support@ldtsoft.work

LICENSE TYPES & TERMS OF USE

Personal Use Printable Art License

Artwork/assets under this license are designed to be used as printable artwork you can download and print at your local print shop or straight from your home printer for an easy and fun way to bring artwork into your home and creative personal projects. With that in mind, there are some restrictions on how you can use these assets.

Licensed artwork/assets in this category can be used in non-commercial printed projects only.

*Personal use is defined as making something for yourself or making something for a friend/family etc as a gift. No commercial use is permitted, even if giving away as a free promotion.

*Please note that these items cannot be used digitally in any format for commercial or personal uses. If you would like to use artwork for digital purposes, please see our commercial licensing options below which cover personal and professional use.

THESE DIGITAL ARTWORKS/ASSETS CAN BE USED FOR:

  • Printed wall art (canvas, paper, metal, wall tapestry, etc) for personal use
  • Printing stationary, wedding/event invitations & announcements, crafting projects, scrapbooking & paper projects, junk journals, etc as long as it is for personal use only

THESE DIGITAL ARTWORKS/ASSETS CANNOT BE USED FOR:

  • Digital projects or uses of any kind regardless if it is used commercially or personally (this includes social media, websites or blogs, web & native apps or games, digital advertisements or anything else in non-physical print form)
  • Printing for commercial uses of any kind (branding, packaging, marketing, printed goods for sale, printed goods for marketing that are not for sale, etc)
  • Sharing or distributing the digital artwork/asset or it’s components for personal or commercial use under any circumstances
  • Distributing “free prints” or giving away free digital or physical products using the  artwork/assets in this category under any circumstances
  • Using any artwork/assets from this site in any way that would be in direct competition with any of the artwork/assets on this site, even if you are not selling or making a profit
  • Displaying or promoting abuse, violent or graphic content, nudity or sexual content, hatred or racism, fraud or deception, illegal activities or behavior

*Please note that the terms “commercial” or “business” for licensing purposes in this agreement includes anything outside of personal use. Therefore, non-profit organizations would also be categorized as non-personal use and fall under commercial and/or business use.

 

Small Commercial Use License

Small Commercial Use Licensed artwork/assets can be used for personal and small commercial print and digital projects as outlined below. Please keep in mind that the use of any Small Commercial Use Licensed artwork/assets must adhere to the Basic Guidelines for Commercial Use outlined in this policy

THESE DIGITAL ARTWORKS/ASSETS CAN BE USED FOR:

  • Up to 500 combined digital and physical end products (these end products must meet all requirements for use)
  • One business or personal social media account owned or managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for up to 50,000 lifetime viewers
  • One native app, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 5,000 times

*Social Media Account is defined as the same entity across the social media platforms you use (you can have “x” account on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc under this definition of “one account.”)

 

Extended Commercial Use License

Extended Commercial Use Licensed artwork/assets can be used for personal and commercial print and digital projects as outlined below. Please keep in mind all use of Extended Commercial Use Licensed artwork/assets must adhere to the Basic Guidelines for Commercial Use outlined in this policy

THESE DIGITAL ARTWORKS/ASSETS CAN BE USED FOR:

  • Up to 5,000 combined digital and physical end products
  • Unlimited business or personal social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
  • Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
  • One native app, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 200,000 times

 

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR ALL COMMERCIAL USE LICENSED ARTWORK/ASSETS

REQUIREMENTS FOR USE FOR ALL COMMERCIAL USE LICENSED ARTWORK/ASSETS:

  • Licensed artwork/assets must be used in a greater design and the end design/product must be significantly different than the original licensed artwork/asset
  • End products/designs using the licensed artwork/asset cannot obtain its primary value from the licensed artwork/asset itself
  • Please note that all printed products must still be significantly altered where the product does not obtain its primary value from the licensed artwork/asset

*note that these requirements apply whether you sell the end product or give it away for free

All COMMERCIAL USE LICENSED ARTWORK/ASSETS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BEING USED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • End products cannot redistribute the licensed original artwork/asset to any third party in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original licensed artwork/asset.
  • Any resale or sublicensing of the licensed artwork/asset in source file form 
  • Sharing or distributing the digital artwork/asset or it’s components for personal or commercial use under any circumstances
  • Using the licensed artwork/asset in any way that allows the end user to extract or access the original licensed artwork/asset. This is considered sharing or distributing the artwork/asset.
  • Use  of the licensed artwork/asset in any way that would be in direct competition with the licensed artwork/asset even if you are not selling or making a profit
  • Using the licensed artwork/asset in any print-on-demand products for your or the end user’s website or print-on-demand company or marketplace (like Artsy, Creative Market, Saatchi Art, Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, Artfinder, Threadless, etc)
  • Displaying or promoting abuse, violent or graphic content, nudity or sexual content, hatred or racism, fraud or deception, illegal activities or behavior
